Tamzine Hanks.
Tamzine is the older sister of Tom. She lives in London and works as an animatronic designer. After being Tom's entrant for some years, in 2002 she decided to step out of the shadows and take to the track herself as the driver, of her own mini-moto sidecar outfit.

And so after nearly three seasons of hard work and mixed fortunes the mini-moto sidecar contingent of Hanks Racing finally seemed to turn a corner midway through the 2004 season. With a new regular passenger, Stephan Castille, on board and initial two stroke teething problems sorted, the determined duo of Tamzine and Stephan set about trying to claw their way up the points tables of F1 and F2 classes. An action packed second half of the season saw the pairing never off the podium in either class, finally ending up 3rd place in both Championships.
With the mini-moto sidecar championships re-organized for 2005 so that you could only compete in one class, they chose the F2 class, but not competing at all the first round meant catch-up all season.
With 7 pole positions from 7 meetings and 13 wins, they finished 2nd in the 2005 F2 championship.
2006. With the decision to build two new outfits over the winter break, and with Stephan's emigration to Canada in the spring, Tamzine has decided that she will probably be spending 2006 season developing the new outfit.
However Stephan didn't go and so they put a CR80 in and rode in the F1 class, taking pole position at all 8 meetings.
Despite being blighted with ignition problems all season they went to the last meeting narrowly in the lead, but lost out to the equally luckless Gorden and Phil of Team Timebomb.
In 2007 work commitments meant that they were only able to race at two meetings, and at one of them Stephan fell of his Metrakit in Friday's free practice injuring his knee making it impossible to ride as passenger that weekend. At the other, although race-rusty they qualified 2nd and finished 2nd in the four races.
They plan a full campaign for 2008, work permitting, with a choice of two oufits, CR80 and CBR125R with 166cc kit competing in the F1 class. (Tamzine is still hoping for CRF150 off Father Christmas).
